Farm Worker

Chatham Tree Farm is a wholesale tree nursery located in Siler City, NC. We are looking to hire individuals that will assist with day to day duties around the farm. This position is a full time, year round position that will report directly to the nursery manager.

About Chatham Tree Farm

Chatham Tree Farm is a family owned and operated wholesale container nursery located in Siler City, NC. We propagate and grow a variety of woody ornamentals on our farm and specialize in evergreen shrubs and trees. 

Essential Functions

  • Planting crops, trees, and shrubs
  • Maintaining landscaping around the farm
  • Thinning, weeding, pruning, and moving plants as directed
  • Assist with maintaining stock beds and fields.
  • Keeping greenhouses and workspaces clean
  • Watering plants as directed
  • Assisting in potting and transplanting plants

Desired Job Skills

  • NC Driver's License preferred, but not required
